Walk On

     Often I am asked who has been most influential in my life musically.  There have been many who I have been impacted by.  Most of all, I was influenced by my mother, who I heard sing so many times growing up.  I do not believe I ever saw anyone move the hearts of people more with just a song.  This project is dedicated to Hazel Gray Green, who has  been so supportive of my 29 years of singing Gospel music.  I am sure  it is largely due to her influence that I have been privileged to  serve the Lord in this wonderful field of ministry.  The song Mama  was Singing to Jesus? is just for her.  There are a few other special  things I have included.  I hope you enjoy and are blessed as you  listen to them.

     Many of our friends have been called to glory over the last few years. 
Two of them have been extremely special to Mary and me.  Mrs. Nita  Joiner and my good friend Kevin O?Brien are now home with the Lord.  I heard the song ?When a Christian Goes Home? and knew this is exactly the song I needed to remind me that we are just passing through this world, and one day we?ll all be reunited together.  I pray those who have also experienced the loss of a loved one will be comforted by this song.

      I want to say thanks to all at Crossroads Music for their continued  help in the music production.  Jerry Nelson did a wonderful job  arranging Mom?s old songs ?Don?t Spare Me? and ?I Am Not Worthy.?  Bob Wills, you came through with wonderful arrangements to ?How Much More?  and ?I Believe He?d Go to Calvary for Me.?  Hey, Bob, lets go to "Ponchos!"  Doug Harrell at Audio Specialists of Yakima, WA, once again added his ever-acute ears to the mastering process.  I have to also thank Silver State Baptist Youth Camp and Bible Baptist Church of Jerome, ID, for the use of their facilities while laying down all the vocal tracks.  Our daughter, Brittney Warner, took time out of her busy schedule just days before her wedding to do the photography.  She did a wonderful job!
